How it works
You send a request with your dates, a person checks real inventory and replies with availability and pricing, and then we deliver it or you collect it. There is no checkout because there is no live inventory system yet, and we would rather answer honestly than sell you something that is already out.
Pick the item, the date and time you need it, the date and time you are done, and whether you want it delivered or you are collecting it. That is the whole form. No account, no card, about a minute.
Pickup and return times run 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, any day. That window exists so an early setup and a late teardown are both normal rather than a favour.
A person looks at what we actually have for your dates and replies with availability and a price. If the answer is no, you get that quickly and plainly, because a fast no is worth more to you than a slow maybe.
If the item is in stock when you ask, same-day is often possible. Pricing depends on the item, the length of the rental, and the trip, which is why there is no number on the product page.
Reply to the email and say yes. Change the dates, add a second table, ask a question, whatever you need. Nothing is locked in until you and we both agree on it.
Payment is arranged when the booking is confirmed. You will never be charged for something you have not agreed to.
For delivery, we drop it off at the start of your window and collect it at the end. Returning it is our job, not something you have to schedule around. If you chose pickup, we send the address and a window.
Something running late? Message us. Moving a pickup by an hour is easier than most people expect and we would rather do that than have you rushing.
Philadelphia and roughly thirty minutes around it: the whole city, Delaware, Montgomery, and lower Bucks counties in Pennsylvania, and Camden, Burlington, and Gloucester counties in New Jersey.
