How it works
You pick your items and your dates, book, and it is yours. We deliver it and collect it again afterwards. When the stock or the day's schedule will not take a booking, the booking says so while you are choosing - with the number we can do - rather than taking your money and hoping.
The tables, chairs or tent, the date and time you need them, the date and time you are done, and where to bring them. That is the whole booking. No account, about a minute.
Delivery and return times run 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, any day. That window exists so an early setup and a late teardown are both normal rather than a favour.
You see the total before anything is charged: the daily rate for each item, multiplied by your nights, plus delivery if you want it. Book it and your equipment and your delivery time are reserved.
If the stock or the day's schedule will not take it, the booking says so on the spot - how many we do have, or which time is open - beside the line it is about. A no you get in a second, not a booking we cannot fill.
Nothing is charged when you book. You add a card on your own booking page, and we charge the rental price one to three days before your delivery.
You can change what is on your order from that page too, up to 48 hours before delivery. Orders without a card can be released if we need the equipment for another event, so it is the one thing worth doing straight away.
You get a confirmation email straight away, then a message before the day with your delivery time and anything we need to know about getting in.
Plans change. Reply to the confirmation and we will move a date rather than leave you stuck with the wrong one, and we do not charge to do it.
We drop it off at the start of your window and collect it at the end. Returning it is our job, not something you have to schedule around.
Something running late? Message us. Moving a collection by an hour is easier than most people expect and we would rather do that than have you rushing.
Philadelphia and roughly thirty minutes around it: the whole city, Delaware, Montgomery, and lower Bucks counties in Pennsylvania, and Camden, Burlington, and Gloucester counties in New Jersey. This list is not a boundary. If your town is not on it, book anyway or call us, and we will tell you what delivery looks like from there.
