Nothing is charged when you book
You see the full total first. We save a card and charge the rental one to three days before delivery. Moving a date is free.

We deliver, and we come back for it
Dropped at your door between 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM, any day. When it is over, we pick it up. Returning it is our job.

This company is a great business they are punctual and the tables and chairs were brand new and in great condition. We extended our time upon pick up and the delivery person was so kind and said he would come back the next day. I really recommend this business for your rental needs!!!

Before you book seating
How do I know the price?
Every item shows its daily rate, and your total is that rate multiplied by the nights you book. You see the exact figure, including any delivery fee, before you pay anything.
Is the price a deposit? Do I get it back when I return the item?
No. It is the rental price for the time you have the item, so nothing comes back when we collect. We save a card when you book and charge that rental price one to three days before your delivery. Nothing extra is held on top of it, and you see the total before anything is charged.
What happens after I book?
Your equipment is reserved for your dates and you get a confirmation email straight away. Nothing is charged when you book. You add a card on your booking page, and we charge the rental total one to three days before your delivery. We come back before the day with your delivery window.
Do I have to return it myself?
No. We deliver it, and we come back and pick it up at the end of your rental window. Returning it is our job.
What times do you deliver and collect?
Any day, between 7:30 AM and 8:30 PM. That window covers early setup for a morning event and late teardown after an evening one. If you need something outside it, ask in the notes and we will see what we can do.
What if my plans change?
Reply to the confirmation email and tell us. We would much rather move a booking than have you stuck with the wrong one, and we do not charge to change a date.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel 24 hours or more before your delivery and there is no charge at all. Inside that 24 hours we charge 50% of the order, because the equipment has been held off the shelf for your date and the run is already scheduled. Moving a date is always free, so if the plan has shifted rather than fallen through, tell us and we will move it.
What areas do you deliver to?
Philadelphia and the surrounding counties: Delaware, Montgomery, and lower Bucks in Pennsylvania, and Camden, Burlington, and Gloucester in New Jersey. Plenty of South Jersey is a shorter trip than the Far Northeast. If you are outside that, book anyway or call us and we will tell you what the trip looks like.
